We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team at Hungry Horse.
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a memorable experience each time they visit
- Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
- Open the business, run shifts, cash up, and ensure the building is locked up and safe at the end of the night
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection
- Can be a role model to the team, providing great service and ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome
- Can think on their feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift
- Has a positive can-do attitude and is a real team player
