Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our manufacturing business development and innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing new products to support our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and execute projects to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
  • Provide expertise on manufacturing technical capability, capacity, potential, and constraints to inform business decisions.
  • Work with R&D and commercial teams to develop new products that meet customer needs and support business growth.
  • Drive out costs and improve efficiency through process improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business performance and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing business development and innovation, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
