Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Development Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proven track record of delivering manufacturing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
