About the Role:

Arcadis is seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in the manufacturing sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities to expand our order intake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a market sector growth plan to drive revenue and raise brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the sector marketing and communications plan, including attendance at events and development of marketing materials.
  • Create a plan for each client/opportunity that incorporates the best of Arcadis and positions us as the consultant of choice.
  • Work collaboratively with Value Proposition Leaders to manage the targeting and tailoring of Arcadis value propositions into commercially viable propositions for the account.
  • Help develop and shape market-facing collateral to effectively market ourselves and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Manage pipeline and feed opportunities into the business line pipeline to ensure an optimal flow of pursuits to achieve set targets.
  • Develop relationships throughout Arcadis to foster cooperation and maximize opportunities to cross-sell.
  • Develop and leverage a network of enduring relationships across the market to identify client challenges/needs and position Arcadis as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure compliance with Arcadis business initiatives and metrics, including responsibility for Net Order Intake and revenue delivery, along with excellent customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and extensive experience in market-to-opportunity, pursuit-to-win, and account and client management within a multinational engineering or professional services firm.
  • Market opinion and ability to demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts.
  • Significant leadership capability and ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.
  • Demonstrable successful implementation of CX at individual client and strategic level.
  • Strong network of market contacts both client and supply chain that can be leveraged.
  • Led complex pursuits at £1m+ revenue.
  • Ability to strategically plan and implement strategy.
