Programme Management Specialist

Lorien is looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client's project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure its successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Excel. They should also have experience in RAID and assurance of all governance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, specifically in financial services
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation:
The salary for this role is between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
