Sales Director Fleet Segment

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Leader to join our team at Fleetlanding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the fleet segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness in the fleet segment
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure peak performance and professional growth
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities
- Several years of experience in the fleet segment, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- At least 10 years of experience in sales with significant experience in a team lead role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales within Germany and across Europe, understanding regional market nuances
- Fluent in German and English
