Assistant Director, Fleet

As a key member of the Emergency Services Agency, the Assistant Director, Fleet will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and procurement of fleet assets and associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management and procurement skills, with the ability to lead a small team and provide expert advice to ESA Executives and senior management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing fleet projects and services to enhance operational response across the ACT Emergency Services Agency.
  2. Managing and procuring fleet assets and associated equipment, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and ACT Government policy frameworks.
  3. Providing high-quality reports, business cases, and briefings to support decision-making and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive collaborative outcomes.
