Sales Consultant - Fleet

As a Sales Consultant with Randstad UK Holding, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the fleet sales sector.

About the Role:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up on leads and scheduling viewing appointments to showcase our fleet offerings.
  • Monitor and respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication with potential clients.
  • Provide personalized tours of our fleet, highlighting the key features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Manage the sales process, collaborating with financial consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Negotiate and secure sales, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Verify potential buyers' financial qualifications and ensure they meet our sales criteria, upholding our company's standards.
  • Update our internal CRM systems to track sales progress and customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in fleet sales with a reputable company, preferably in the new homes sector.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
