Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the fleet segment
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in the fleet segment, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales with significant experience in a team lead role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales within Germany and across Europe, understanding regional market nuances
  • Fluent in German and English
