This Senior Planner position offers a unique opportunity to shape the planning process for a growing team within a forward-thinking housebuilding company. As part of the strategic land team, you will help deliver key development projects and promote land through Local Plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Strategic Planning Manager to prepare and implement planning strategies for the company's current and future portfolio sites.
  • Promote land through Local Plan processes and manage site promotion strategies.
  • Travel for site visits and attend meetings across the north of England and southern Scotland.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree accredited by the RTPI, at least 2 years of planning experience, and a willingness to travel. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
