About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A good understanding of working with young people with ASC, ADHD, or SEMH, and experience in challenging circumstances.
  • An ability to motivate and inspire young people to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
