Job Overview:

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit seeks a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support the delivery of its programs, projects, and quality assurance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support departmental program delivery, project management, and quality assurance by providing guidance, supervision, and consultation to staff.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure day-to-day activities align with WECHU policies, Ontario Public Health Standards, protocols, guidelines, legislation, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Coordinate activities of the Windsor-Essex Community Opioid and Substance Strategy to ensure effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, information systems, administrative documentation, and record control.

Salary: $85,303 - $89,798 per annum (dependent on experience).
