Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Berkshire. As a key member of our critical business support teams, you will provide exemplary customer service support and coordinate administrative tasks.
About the Role- Be the first point of contact for key accounts and customers
- Receive jobs via email and the CRM system
- Deliver administrative tasks and process documents
- Provide regular reports
- Identify and escalate any issues to the line manager
- Ensure emails are responded to and actioned within agreed timescales
- Enter data accurately onto the CRM system
You will have demonstratable experience within customer service and/or administrative positions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential.
