Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Berkshire. As a key member of our critical business support teams, you will provide exemplary customer service support and coordinate administrative tasks.

About the Role
  • Be the first point of contact for key accounts and customers
  • Receive jobs via email and the CRM system
  • Deliver administrative tasks and process documents
  • Provide regular reports
  • Identify and escalate any issues to the line manager
  • Ensure emails are responded to and actioned within agreed timescales
  • Enter data accurately onto the CRM system
About You

You will have demonstratable experience within customer service and/or administrative positions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential.

What We Offer
