About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Central Clothing team at our Pep&Co Head Office in Watford. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team
  • Manage the diary of the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team
  • Arrange meetings and events as requested
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business
  • Maintain high presentation standards in the Watford office

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proven office administration experience with experience of various processes such as expenses and diary management
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
