We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure processing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide effective support and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
