Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Mail and Delivery Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide effective support and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Professionalism: A professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all tasks.
