Salary and Benefits

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical leader to join our team as a Matron. You will be responsible for promoting excellence in nursing and midwifery care, ensuring that all patients are treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. Your strong leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively will enable you to support ward and departmental sisters/charge nurses in achieving optimum nursing care and effective implementation of policy and practice.
