Health and Safety Specialist

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support the project to safely deliver our section of works for HS2.
The primary focus of this role is to drive all aspects of Safety, Health & Wellbeing for the assigned Delivery Area. This includes promoting and assisting with corporate and local SH&W campaigns, fostering relationships with onsite operational teams and supply chain to monitor and drive SH&W performance, and undertaking site safety inspections to identify trends or anomalies.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and practical application of SH&W on the ground, as well as the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, and excellent communication and engagement skills.
