Sub Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our team in the Greatworth area, specializing in Earthworks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programs, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the allocation of labor, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, program, and budget.
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and section engineers.
- Coordinate construction operations to ensure they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
- Assist with the production of programs, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in construction, civil engineering, or a related field. Key skills and qualifications include:
- HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Mandatory CSCS requirement (one of the following): Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow, or Red Experienced.
- Mandatory SMSTS.
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of site engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
- Must have experience working in Earthworks.
- Previous experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management is preferred.
- Good team skills.
