About the Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.
We are seeking to recruit a Sub Agent with extensive experience in Earthworks to join our team. As a Sub Agent, you will assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and procurement. You will also manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans
- Contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers
Requirements:
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent
- Mandatory CSCS Requirement
- Mandatory SMSTS
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills
- Must have experience working in Earthworks
