Job Title: Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator

Location: Remote or Hybrid (40% working from home)

Salary: Competitive with Annual Company Bonus 5%

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Volvo Truck dealerships across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business-to-business claims, handling communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.
  • Assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary.
  • Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
  • Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.
  • Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.
