Job Title: Contracts Manager
Job Description:
Lionsgate Contractors is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for the flooring industry, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics, estimating, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Travel nationally, with a focus on the M25 area, to attend meetings and discuss contracts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably from a fit-out or interior background.
- Project Management and/or Financial qualifications.
- SMSTS or IOSH Certification.
- CSCS Black Card.
