Conference and Events Administrator Role
A dynamic opportunity has become available for a skilled Conference and Events Administrator to join our client's team at Allen Associates.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of internal and external events, including managing the events process from securing new business to delivery, supporting the Conference and Domestic Manager in achieving the sales and events budget, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing material.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the events process from securing new business to delivery
- Support the Conference and Domestic Manager in achieving the sales and events budget
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing material
- Produce contracts
- Maintain the conference booking system
- Attend meetings

About the Company

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience within events, or within a higher education environment would be a bonus. You will be proficient in the use of MS Office and will be a great team-worker, as well as having a confident and friendly approach to working. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure whilst juggling multiple conflicting priorities and a high workload.
