Legal Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

VIQU Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL, Service Now, and law firm applications such as iManage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve service desk issues via telephone or email
  • Provide support for ITIL, Service Now, and law firm applications
  • Work with the customer to resolve tickets and implement ITIL practices
  • Administer Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (M365)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is essential
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills are required

Requirements:

  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a Service Desk Analyst role
  • Service Now experience is essential
  • Law firm applications such as iManage
  • ITIL practices and implementing practices
  • Microsoft Office applications (M365) - Administration & Support
  • Active Directory experience
  • Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills
  • Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system - Service Now

What We Offer:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join VIQU Ltd initially on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite in Bristol.
