Join Our Team as a Service Desk Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Support Technician to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our global IT support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service desk ticket system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Desk ticket system to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain processes and best practices for 1st line support
  • Collaborate with the global service delivery team to achieve targets and improve service delivery
  • Provide 24/7 global IT support, following triage processes to resolve issues and escalating to 2nd and 3rd line when necessary
  • Basic knowledge of desktop environments (XP/Windows 7, Windows 10) and server environments
  • Experience with 1st line support
