Job Title: Export Planning and Administration Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Export Planning and Administration Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, responsible for coordinating logistics operations and managing files, billing, and costs associated with export manifests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a logistics or transport planning role and strong systems skills.

Key Responsibilities: Key duties of this role will include:

  • Coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods
  • Managing files, billing, and costs associated with export manifests
  • Communicating with customers to provide updates on order progress

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a logistics or transport planning role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including onsite parking and holiday entitlements.
