Clinical Lead Community Nursing Specialist

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Community Nursing Lead to join our established teams. This role is part of a job share due to a secondment, and we are seeking expressions of interest for a Community Nursing Lead to join the team for three days per week.
The successful candidate will clinically lead, supervise and manage a community nursing team, providing direct and indirect patient care. They will also apply their clinical operational experience, maintaining and improving quality, monitoring standards utilizing data, audits and reports.
The Community Nursing Lead will identify service delivery development or system opportunities, working with our partners across Health & Social care and community networks. They will build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and build community nursing services.
