About the Role

Occupational Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at Health and Care Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to our team and supporting the delivery of health surveillance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex case management and clinical advice through the identification of possible reasons for ill health or injury.
  • Provide advice, recommendations, and evidence-based treatment to address the presenting problem/s and solutions to address any underlying issues.
  • Supervise technicians delivering customer health surveillance programs ensuring compliance with legal and best practice requirements.
  • Ensure all relevant clinical scrutiny and auditing is conducted, any shortfalls recorded, and actions undertaken.
  • Report back trends from auditing and plans to reduce risks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an OHNA.
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and relevant legislation.
