About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at Health Case Management Limited. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical advice and information on cases to support the delivery of Occupational Health expertise across all clinical service channels.
• Deliver complex case management and clinical advice through the identification of possible reasons for ill health or injury.
• Provide advice, recommendations, and evidence-based treatment to address the presenting problem/s and solutions to address any underlying issues.
• Supervise technicians delivering customer health surveillance programs ensuring compliance with legal and best practice requirements.
• Ensure all relevant clinical scrutiny and auditing is conducted, any shortfalls recorded, and actions undertaken.

Essential Skills:

• NMC Level one registration.
• Minimum 5 years general nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an OHNA.
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and relevant legislation.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
