MSK Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled MSK Physiotherapist to join our Corporate Health team as an MSK Specialist. This role involves delivering Musculoskeletal services across various business channels, working closely with the Case Management Team and Health Care Plan.

The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical pathways and non-clinical pathways, with a strong understanding of psychosocial factors that impact recovery. They will also be able to identify obstacles to recovery and develop strategies to overcome them.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Tewkesbury office, with up to 2 days per week spent at our Worcestershire clinic. The role offers hybrid working and includes opportunities for professional development and growth.

• To deliver high-quality MSK induction training to new starters and provide coaching to case managers to improve their basic MSK knowledge.
• To work closely with the Health Care Plan to deliver clinical scrutiny for MSK intervention and monitor incoming referrals through MSK dashboards.
• To hold a caseload within Functional Restoration Service (NHS), deliver 1:1 and group sessions from locations within Worcestershire, and maintain knowledge of the Functional Restoration Program (NHS).

• BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Membership with an appropriate governing body.
• Demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary assessments, including postural issues, psychosocial factors, and nutrition.
• Ability to use CRM and other clinical systems effectively.
• Confident telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
