Perioperative Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Perioperative Care Specialist to join our theatre team in Macclesfield.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures, including joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and fracture repairs.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated theatre team to foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure seamless patient care during operations
- Contribute to the development of theatre protocols and guidelines to enhance patient safety
- Mentor junior staff members to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
- Valid NMC/HCPC Pin
- Mentorship Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an orthopaedic setting
