Lead Early Years Program Manager

About the Role:

This is a leadership position in our organization, responsible for the management and delivery of early years services. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of programs that provide safe and welcoming environments for children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the early years program, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program quality and outcomes.
  • Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, accident reports, and child progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education and care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early years program management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Estimated Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
