Workday HCM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Kainos. In this role, you will drive the development of new products and features on the Workday platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to advance the functional and non-functional aspects of our products.

This is a key opportunity for a skilled Product Manager to make a significant impact on our product strategy and delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Kainos Product Roadmap across multiple functional areas, incorporating market analysis, solution building, and go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with business analysts and product development leads/architects to drive functional and non-functional aspects of the product.
• Run beta and early adopter programs with customers/development partners to ensure successful product launches.
• Maintain and develop the Kainos Product Roadmap across multiple functional areas, incorporating market analysis, solution building, and go-to-market strategies.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
