Application Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software products and services.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance testing and ensure all contact with customers is recorded in our CRM system.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to assist other teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Application Support team.
  • Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and its dependencies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 / ITIL standards.
  • Ability to work under customer SLA's and provide a dependable service.
