Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests and visitors.
- Take ownership of the ground floor welcome area and consistently look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Be flexible and proactive in your approach, with a focus on delivering great service and improving efficiencies.
- Have a full understanding of our booking systems and technology, and be able to support guests with their journey.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve our service and innovate new ideas.
- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a team player with integrity and a can-do attitude. You should have at least two years of experience working as a supervisor and be passionate about delivering great service. You should also be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to think outside the box and improve efficiencies within a guest environment.
