Key Account Manager

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction company to find an experienced Key Account Manager - Construction Sector who can build strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional work.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development within the construction or engineering sectors and be proactive in pursuing new market opportunities in civil engineering, groundworks, street works, and infrastructure sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue new market opportunities and target frameworks, building on the company's specialisms.
- Create and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of the civil engineering and infrastructure markets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a robust professional network.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
