Event Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our marketing team at QA Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a series of events to promote our portfolio and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies to position QA among C-suite stakeholders in large organisations across EMEA.
  • Lead event planning and coordination, including content creation, delivery, lead reporting, assessment, and follow-up.
  • Conceptualize and implement engagement tactics, event promotion, content, and marketing strategies for digital, in-person, and hybrid events.
  • Source speakers, manage vendor relationships, and prepare ROI evaluations for events and conferences.
  • Manage the events calendar, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and send communications to co-promote events via social and other channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure strategic and commercial alignment of the events calendar.
  • Support external communications related activity that support our events programme and be liaison for related third party agent support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Marketing & Events capacity; Experience driving events at scale both paid and owned; Corporate event planning experiences, such as user conferences, webinars, boardroom discussions, round tables, and virtual summits.
  • Proficient computer skills including CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and the critical component events play in our overall GTM approach.
