About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our fleet support team as a Fleet Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, meeting team KPIs while providing excellent customer service.

As a Fleet Support Advisor, you will be the frontline support for our fleet operations, handling incoming calls and emails in alignment with team KPIs. A comprehensive understanding of our products is necessary, and full training will be provided on this.

You will be tasked with providing technical fault analysis, troubleshooting, and offering training to both new and existing customers. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assisting engineers remotely with tasks such as commissioning, testing, and updating web portals post-installation.

Monitoring the performance of installed software and hardware products will also fall within your responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in alignment with team KPIs
  • Provide technical fault analysis, troubleshooting, and training to customers

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is able to work well under pressure while maintaining a methodical and organised approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
