About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and fine-tuning databases, executing improvements, and tracking performance. Your expertise in T-SQL will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain large databases (up to 6TB) using T-SQL
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure database performance and availability
  • Develop and implement database solutions using T-SQL
  • Provide consultation on database design and query optimization

Requirements
  • Strong practical experience with T-SQL and database management
  • Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
  • Ability to work with large databases and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with database migrations and cloud-based solutions
  • Understanding of performance-tuning software and tools
  • Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics knowledge
