SQL Server DBA - FinTech - £100K

Our client, a pioneering FinTech company, is seeking a seasoned SQL Server DBA to lead the design, support, and performance of database and Cloud solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will be responsible for defining database best practices and policies, performance tuning and engineering, automation, and security. A strong background in SQL Server, Cloud, and Azure is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain database performance tuning and optimization strategies
  • Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive database solutions
