Clinical Lead in Child Mental Health
About the Role:We are seeking an outstanding clinical psychologist to lead our child mental health services as a Clinical Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our services and develop your skills in leadership and clinical practice.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to the child mental health team
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or equivalent
- Substantial experience working as a qualified clinical psychologist at senior level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary for this role is £85,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
