SEND Teaching Specialist

We are seeking a talented SEND Teacher to provide day-to-day supply support to schools and pupils across our community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various educational settings, including special schools and alternative provisions.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
- You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- You should have a child and adult DBS or be willing to apply for one.
- You will need to have proven experience working with SEND pupils, preferably in a classroom setting.
- You should have a strong understanding of different special educational needs and disabilities and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- You will need to be flexible and willing to work across different schools and year groups as required.
As a SEND Teacher with Aspire People, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £25-£35, depending on your experience. You will also have access to our comprehensive training and support program, designed to help you develop your skills and confidence as a SEND Teacher.
