Teaching Assistant with SEND Expertise

Austin Fraser is seeking highly skilled Teaching Assistants with expertise in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential and making a positive impact on their lives.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant in SEN settings, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN. They will be able to adapt to different environments, build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents, and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Experience working with SEND Children or Adults
- References to cover the last two years
- Driving license and vehicle is preferable but not mandatory
- Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
