Job Description

This Supervising Social Worker role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of foster carers and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the children's care and development needs are met within placements, and that the foster carers receive the support and guidance they need to deliver high-quality care.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication, passion, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of foster carers to provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  • Recruit, assess, and approve new foster carers
  • Present written reports to the fostering panel
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with foster carers and children
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
