Social Work Team Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a recruitment agency that specialises in placing candidates in social care roles. We have a new permanent position available for a Senior Social Worker within our Adult Community Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership in complex case arrangements with risk, complexity and safety considerations, as well as completing support planning with service users to ensure outcomes are met through support, equipment and enabling programs.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing written and verbal reports for courts and other legal purposes based on complex evidence.
- Taking professional lead on adult safeguarding investigations and providing expert knowledge of safeguarding processes, policy and case law.
We require a Social Work Qualification or equivalent and extensive experience working in a statutory social care setting with adults. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
