Marketing Assistant Opportunity at Blue Legal

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team at Blue Legal. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering our marketing activities and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain our internal database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Website Maintenance: Post and update information on our website to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
  • Legal Directories: Support the completion of legal directories by organizing researcher interviews, gathering data, and collating submissions.
  • Marketing Events: Assist in the organization of marketing events, from start to finish, to promote our services and build relationships with clients.
  • Guest Lists: Manage guest lists for our events, including marketing materials to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Intranet Maintenance: Maintain and update our Chambers intranet to keep our team informed and connected.
  • Marketing Communications: Support marketing communications and social media to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree educated or equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Skills: Highly organized and proactive individual with a flexible attitude who can effectively prioritize their time in a busy environment.
  • Experience: Familiar with a professional services environment with some business experience.

Please note that due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
