Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Experience Coordinator to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto. As an Event Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless event execution.

The estimated salary for this role is £11.66 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and Golden Circle points. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and wellbeing initiatives, meals, uniforms, discounts, travel perks, holidays, pay reviews, and more.

  2. Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.

  3. Develop information packages, brochures, and promotional materials to showcase our hotel's offerings.

  4. Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

  5. Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally.

  6. Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services.

  7. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
