We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at Jackie Wilsher Staff Service. As a market leader in our sector, we require a candidate with valid FLT licences, including counterbalance and reach, to work in a chilled environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling and allocating products within the warehouse, ensuring accurate coding and inventory management.
  • Unloading and loading containers upon arrival, preparing products for dispatch.
  • Picking and packing products for dispatch, utilizing warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Operating forklift trucks, including Counterbalance and Reach FLT, to efficiently manage inventory and stock.
  • Supporting with stock takes and maintaining a clean, tidy, and fully operational warehouse environment.
  • Adhering to health & safety, compliance, and company processes and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Valid FLT licences, including counterbalance and reach.
  • Knowledge of picking and packing to order.
  • Ability to lift and load, requiring physical fitness.
  • Able to work full-time hours and commute to our location.
  • Confident in using computer-based programmes.
  • Happy to work in cold environments.
