Salary: £27,992.64

Job Purpose:

This role involves overseeing the de-briefing process for day shift drivers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and data is accurately entered into relevant spreadsheets. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for night shift drivers, providing them with the necessary documentation and equipment to commence their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transport operations to ensure seamless de-briefing processes
  • Verify accuracy of paperwork and data entry
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills to drivers
  • Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport operations and logistics
  • Administrative and transport experience preferred
  • Familiarity with TMS systems advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
