Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the de-briefing process for day shift drivers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and data is accurately entered into relevant spreadsheets. The successful candidate will also be the primary point of contact for night shift drivers, providing them with the necessary resources to commence their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the de-briefing process for day shift drivers, verifying paperwork and data entry
  • Provide support to night shift drivers, ensuring they have all necessary resources and information
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with drivers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations
  • Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a transport operation, with knowledge of the logistics industry
  • Previous administrative and transport experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with TMS systems is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
